Job Description
Live your dream job as a Project Manager with the Winslow Constructors team based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:
Manage residential and commercial land development projects
Manage and respond to tenders for new construction projects
Guide a team of junior engineers assigned to your projects
Lead project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System
Oversee project planning and programming tasks
Manage and build client and subcontractor relationships
Deliver projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team
Review and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
Mitigate and act on project performance issues
Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly
Oversee the procurement of plant, equipment and material for projects
