About the role
As a Graphic Designer at Phillip Island Nature Parks, you will create and manage engaging visual content across print and digital platforms, including marketing campaigns, compliance and regulatory signage, community resources, and corporate or research documents. You will play a key role in ensuring our brand personality is reflected consistently and creatively across everything we produce.
You will partner with stakeholders from across the organisation to deliver high-quality, impactful materials. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to switch between creative and technical projects, all while helping to bring the Nature Parks' stories to life for visitors, partners, and the community.
About you
You are a versatile designer who enjoys working across a mix of project types and thrives on variety. With a strong eye for detail and creativity, you are confident in bringing brand personality to life while maintaining professional, polished design standards.
You are proactive and comfortable working with different stakeholders, taking the time to understand needs and translating them into effective design solutions. You enjoy working collaboratively with other designers and colleagues, but are also confident managing your own projects from concept through to delivery. Most importantly, you are passionate about producing engaging work that connects with audiences and makes a meaningful impact.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present a folio of relevant work and may be asked to complete a short design task as part of the selection process
Key Selection Criteria
* Minimum 3 years' professional experience in graphic design, with a folio showcasing a range of print and digital work (e.g. brochures, signage, campaign assets, web graphics)
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong capability in producing accurate print-ready and digital production files
* Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and apply brand guidelines consistently across varied content and audiences
* Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work in a team environment
Commence employment with Nature Parks and maintain current at all times:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Art and/or equivalent relevant work experience
* Working with Children Check
* Drivers' Licence
