**Job Description**
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful brand as a Senior Retail Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily coaching and mentoring sessions to enable the team to reach their goals.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by monitoring and mentoring Designers and Showroom Consultants. You will also be involved in initiating Local area marketing incentives and regular reporting on Sales and KPI targets.
Other responsibilities include full store financial management and ongoing Sales and Product training.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Highly organised and structured with the ability to execute a detailed sales strategy to reach targets.
* Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement or building materials space.
* Strong sales closing ability with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Minimum 4 years managing people in a Retail setting.

**Benefits**
The remuneration package includes an OTE of $120,000-$130,000, consisting of a base salary of $75K plus superannuation, uncapped commission, and business tools.
