We are looking for a seasoned professional to deliver expert Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M) services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating reports to support governance, providing training on P3M processes and tools, and supporting senior management in embedding best practices across the organisation.
You will also take on the role of service manager for one or more P3M services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining schedules and plans, monitoring financials, and providing decision-support;
* Experience in maintaining and managing risks, actions, issues, and change registers;
* Maintaining libraries, registers, and systems to support governance;
* Providing education, training, and first-line support on P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in supporting project, program, or portfolio managers in the delivery of projects, including coordination, planning, control, and reporting;
* Demonstrated ability to maintain schedules and plans, monitor financials, and provide decision-support;
* Experience in maintaining and managing risks, actions, issues, and change registers;
* Experience in maintaining libraries, registers, and systems to support governance;
* Experience in providing education, training, and first-line support on P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
