Located in FRV's Blackburn complex, this role as a Rostering Officer will be responsible for the service delivery to our operational and corporate teams while supporting the cost‐effective, efficient, and qualitative management of rostering within FRV Operations.
Responsibilities
You will manage a large roster of over 1,000 staff members using KRONOS and UKG systems, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling in line with operational needs.
You will act as the centralised rostering service, coordinating operational staff allocation and ensuring best use of resources across the service.
You will serve as the point of contact for the operational, corporate, and service staff, answering questions and providing advice via telephone, email, and in person.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge and hands‐on experience with rostering systems in a large, complex organisation.
* Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and application of EBA and Award provisions as they relate to rostering.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workflow in a dynamic environment and to work well with both operational and corporate staff.
