About the roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will support month-end processes, payroll, and accounts payable within a complex finance environment.
Working in a tight-knit team, you'll be based in North Sydney and gain exposure to a niche and evolving healthcare business.Duties/Key responsibilities Prepare journals, accruals, and prepayments for month-end close Process payroll, superannuation and employee entitlements Manage full-function accounts payable and vendor reconciliations Assist with reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and reporting Support internal controls and compliance with healthcare/government standards Skills and experience 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role Comfortable working with payroll, AP, and month-end processes Strong Excel and system skills (Xero) Exposure to franchise, retail or pharmaceutical operations is a plus Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail If you're interested in this opportunity and feel you're the right fit please click "apply" or contact Abbie Goodison on ******.
