Job Description
* System Management & Maintenance
o Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
o Act as the Kronos Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead system implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
o Assist in implementing system upgrades and updates while staying current on industry trends to recommend improvements.
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting
o Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues for HR system users with professionalism and confidence.
o Handle queries and troubleshooting across HR platforms, including Smart Time 2.0 (Kronos).
* Process Improvement & Collaboration
o Collaborate with the HR team to enhance system processes and workflows.
o Serve as an adaptable systems expert for various HR technology needs.
* Data Integrity & Reporting
o Ensure data accuracy and oversee regular system audits.
o Deliver reporting and analytics across HR systems, leveraging advanced reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights.
* Training & Education
o Train HR staff and business stakeholders on system functionalities, including Kronos and related platforms.
o Provide education on best practices and system usage to maximise efficiency.
