Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience. You will be passionate about delivering excellent client service and experiential retail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills. A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed, you will also have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.


Key Responsibilities:

* Driving a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote positive behaviors
* Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
* Utilizing and exploiting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores
* Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team

Requirements:

To be successful as a Store Manager, you will need to possess:

* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
* A hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on motivating, coaching, and developing team members
