Assistant Director Role Summary
The Assistant Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the Centre Director, driving continuous improvement across centre operations. They will collaborate with the leadership team, foster strong relationships with families and engage with local community networks.
This role requires an experienced early learning professional who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team
* Supporting the Centre Director in managing the centre in their absence
* Implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a similar centre leadership position.
