We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our team. You'll work across a diverse, well-maintained fleet with a high-performing maintenance crew, contributing to a culture focused on safety and quality.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure strict adherence to the highest health and safety standards, supporting our proactive safety culture across all maintenance activities and team operations
* Ensure all aircraft maintenance is completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations, and relevant manufacturer manuals
* Maintain strict control over stores and distribution systems, adhering to the Operations Manual
* Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and subcontractors involved in the maintenance process
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Essential Qualifications:
* CASA B1.4 Licence or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years' experience
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with Robinson Helicopters
* Competency using electronic maintenance systems (e.g. Aerotrack)
Desirable Qualifications:
* CASA B1.3 Licence or equivalent
* Previous experience working on Bell 206 and Airbus AS350 platforms
* Alison and/or Arriel type rated
