Your Role
Your day will reflect your participant's goals and may include:
• Supporting daily living and building essential life skills.
• Encouraging social connections and community participation.
• Assisting with capacity-building activities for long-term independence and job support.
• Delivering safe, person-centred, culturally informed support
• Helping individuals explore hobbies and work pathways.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
• Are patient, reliable, adaptable and open to learning and teaching
• Have experience in disability support, community services, mental health, or employment services (DES experience highly regarded)
• Come from a diverse cultural background or speak multiple languages
• Bring unique talents or interests, whether you're a gamer, swimmer, hiker, martial artist, tech- lover or anything in between
• Can be a university student in Nursing, Medicine, Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Allied Health, Engineering or similar, looking for flexible, meaningful work that complements your studies
• Enjoy being part of a supportive, multicultural team
Preferable Requirements
• Valid driver's licence + reliable vehicle
• Valid police clearance
• First Aid Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Cert III in individual support or NDIS support worker orientation module
