Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing. As a result, we have a new opportunity based at our Canning Vale facility for a Level 1 - Technical Service Desk Officer to join our I.T. Team.
Our I.T. team is responsible for supporting customers in the use of systems, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of multi-user computers such as servers. As part of this team, you will perform diagnosis and fault resolution on tickets providing high-level technical support, maintain hardware and software standards, be involved in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides, plus participate in projects as required.
This is 12 Month Contract (with opportunity to extend or permanent), working full time hours Monday to Friday onsite supporting all internal staff, and with the opportunity to assist on a national level.
**Key Skills & Experience We Are Looking For**: 
Previous experience in a similar Support / Service Desk role, supporting 24/7 systems and I.T. operations 
Cert III or above in an I.T. qualification with Microsoft Certification highly desirable 
Dealing with high volume & high priority tickets on a regular basis + ability to meet deadlines effectively 
Experience in managing mobile devices (iOS, Android) using Air watch (MDM) 
Working knowledge of AD, Windows Terminal Servers, DNS, DHCP, and Windows 7-10 
Experience with administration of cloud services such as Office 365, Microsoft Online Exchange 
Windows Server 2008 R2 - Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, LINUX 
Systems Centre Configuration Manager and Symantec Endpoint Protection 
Mobile and remote computing (Windows 7, 8 and 10, IOS, Android, Air watch MDM) AWMS 
Project tasks in I.T. Service Delivery & other I.T. related initiatives 
Strong critical thinker and excellent troubleshooting skills - we work in a fast paced environment 
Excellent customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills
