This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-profile program within one of Australia's leading organisations, currently undergoing a major transformation journey under new executive leadership.About the RoleAs a Process Excellence Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of enterprise-wide process redesign and optimisation initiatives.
Working closely with experienced Lean Six Sigma leaders, you'll help embed new frameworks, uplift process maturity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.You'll work across multiple business units—Consumer, Enterprise, IT, and Networks—partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to the rollout of an organisation-wide process excellence program.What You'll Be DoingSupporting end-to-end delivery of process improvement streams.Applying Lean Six Sigma principles to analyse, redesign, and optimise processes.Providing data-driven insights to guide design and decision-making.Helping embed new standards, frameworks, and taxonomies across business units.Facilitating workshops and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation journey.What We're Looking ForLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt advantageous).
