Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Tech Lead to drive the design and development of a Power Apps–based user interface integrated with a SQL-based framework database. This is a hands-on, single-owner role responsible for building scalable solutions for Production Support (L2/L3) teams, enabling them to search, monitor, and manage job executions efficiently. The role requires strong ownership, clean coding practices, and the ability to design intuitive applications for internal users.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions (Canvas / Model-driven) integrated with SQL Server.
* Own the full development lifecycle for production support use cases (L2/L3).
* Create scalable, user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient search, monitoring, and management of job executions.
* Apply governance frameworks and coding standards; promote reusable architecture and collaborative development.
Qualifications
* 5–6+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform development
* Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven apps)
* Experience integrating Power Apps with SQL Server
* Knowledge of job execution frameworks and operational dashboards
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for internal applications
* Experience in production support environments (L2/L3 use cases)
* Exposure to department-level or localized applications
* Familiarity with governance frameworks and coding standards
* Experience with collaborative development and reusable architecture
