What You'll Do
* Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
* Coordinate and support the team to deliver safe, high‐quality equipment repairs, rebuilds, and field service work.
* Plan, quote, and schedule shutdowns and service jobs, ensuring labour, materials, and contractors are effectively organised.
* Maintain strong communication with customers, addressing issues promptly and ensuring expectations are met.
* Lead daily safety practices through hazard reporting, toolbox talks, and adherence to all procedures and standards.
* Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, maintaining 5S standards, and providing technical expertise across the service centre.
What You'll Bring
* A mechanical trade background (Fitter desirable) with experience leading or supervising technical teams.
* Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to guide, support, and develop others.
* Solid planning and problem‐solving capability, with confidence managing multiple jobs, shutdowns, and resources.
* Working knowledge of SAP and intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
* A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in every task.
* A valid driver's licence is required
