Accountable for driving market activation for Avanade’s SME&C business unit in (EME, APAC, Americas). Working with the SME&C leader for the Area and the SME&C GTM Global leader, creating the plan that encompasses client segmentation, Avanade sales enablement, Microsoft enablement, and campaigns to drive growth for Avanade in the SMEC market segment. This is a critical role with a focus on enabling the growth for Avanade in the SMEC segment in partnership with Microsoft. It requires strong planning and execution skills, a client centric mindset and a determination to build something new. It acts as the bridge between our specialist teams in catalyst solutions, squads, sales, marketing and alliances bringing together the best of our capabilities to drive growth. They will lead regular engagements with each of our regions, driving campaigns, co-ordinating content requirements, innovating how the Area benefits from various budgets and funding options to drive activation. Critically they will also be an escalation point and share learnings and best practices across regions in the Area.. A passion for and knowledge of Microsoft’s technologies is essential as is a background in working in partner marketing, sales or other go-to-market functions. Key objectives include core commercial objectives including client engagement, lead generation, pipeline creation, sales and revenues within SMEC for the Area. They will also partner with Catalyst Solutions and Squads to drive adoption of our Packaged Solutions and CSP with volume metrics for product sales linked to this role. Finally, they will own the new client logo target for their Area. .
