This person will be responsible for building a vibrant and consistent presence across platforms—driving awareness, growth, engagement, demand, and bookings through standout content and strategic execution.The candidate will be crafting and posting content, and collaborating with partners, creators, and the wider Ace team to ensure we remain relevant and resonant within the local scene.
This role is key in shaping how Ace shows up in the world—always balancing brand integrity with creative flair and local nuance.CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESQualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities.
Other duties may be assigned.Develop and manage a monthly content calendar with strategic intent—defining audience focus, platform, and message.Create high-quality, platform-native content that reflects the Ace aesthetic, values, and tone of voice, while speaking directly to the interests of our audience.Balance polished creative with human, relatable content to tell authentic stories.Monitor content performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.Lead collaborations with content creators, including co-created posts and cross-promotions.Manage DMs and community interactions, flagging key messages to relevant teams when needed.Deliver weekly reports on engagement, follower growth, and content highlights.Regularly evaluate and improve the local social strategy based on insights and performance data.Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to align messaging and amplify key cultural and brand moments.Contribute to the refinement of Ace's global social media playbook, sharing insights and learnings from local execution.Stay attuned to emerging platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

This position also requires strong knowledge of Sydney'scultural landscape—music, food, art, and emerging creative scenes, and experience managing partnerships, creator collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
