We are seeking a Senior Integration Planner to join our high performing team as we strive for excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is ready to lead the development and analysis of plans and the implementation of new planning processes.
About the role
* Leading the delivery of our key planning processes to develop the Maintenance Renewals Strategy Budget (MRSB) on its annual cycle.
* Liaising with stakeholders to develop and deliver plans and programs in a long-term planning timeframe (you will be required to work closely with the Operational and Engineering teams).
* Ensuring the continued capability development of stakeholders and promoting best practice methodology, governance, implementation strategies and continuous improvement processes.
* Leading the implementation of accountabilities and decision rights that support centralised planning processes.
* Undertaking inspections for planning stages.
About you
* 4+ years' experience working in supply chain and/or heavy industry.
* Strong computer skills, specifically in SAP, Microsoft and additional preferred skills in Power BI & P6/scheduling programs.
* Ability to develop, interpret and improve delivery of plans, estimates and programs.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial acumen to assist delivering practical, value adding solutions in our long-term planning processes and outputs.
* Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
* Excellent communication and proven ability to analyse complex issues and develop solutions.
