What You'll Be Doing
* Working with adults under NDIS and HCP programs, delivering occupational therapy in-home and in community settings.
* Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology (AT) recommendations, Home Safety Assessments, home modifications, SDA/SIL assessments, and therapy-based interventions.
* Creating tailored therapy plans that put clients in the driver's seat of their own health and independence.
* Collaborating with our amazing interdisciplinary team, including physios and other allied health professionals.
What We're Looking For
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist ready to make a difference.
* Strong interest in NDIS and Aged Care (HCP) - we'll support you if you're keen to learn
* A team player with great communication and relationship-building skills.
* A problem-solver and innovator
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle- we're mobile and on the move
