The Role
As a Behavioural Insights Consultant, you will work end-to-end on bespoke consulting projects – from briefing and behavioural diagnosis to solution design, testing, and implementation. You will work alongside a team of behavioural change consultants to design real-world interventions, immerse yourself into the client's business and make change stick.

* A strong working knowledge of behavioural frameworks: nudges, social norms, framing, feedback loops
* Confidence dealing with ambiguity, diverse briefs, and non-linear problem-solving
* An analytical and creative mind with natural curiosity
* Commercial acumen and ability to build trust with clients
* A collaborative, grounded approach and genuine passion for learning
* The energy and spark to contribute to a growing team in an exciting stage of evolution.
