In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering strong contract management outcomes, this role will see you manage and optimise a portfolio of contracts to ensure performance, compliance and value for money.
You will lead contract performance reviews, maintain robust contract documentation, and work closely with Legal and stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risk and support informed decision‑making.
You will build effective supplier relationships and apply disciplined, safety‑focused contract administration practices in a complex, regulated environment to maximise commercial and service outcomes for NSW TrainLink.

About you
Your strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, formed across complex, customer oriented and stakeholder‑driven environments, will see you excel in managing contract performance, resolving issues and delivering clear, well‑reasoned advice that supports sound commercial outcomes.
You’re recognised as a trusted and adaptable contributor, skilled at navigating competing priorities, undertaking detailed research and analysis, and translating complex issues into concise reports, correspondence and presentations. You bring experience working within complex contractual environments, with the confidence to engage diverse stakeholders and deliver compliant, value‑focused contract outcomes.
You’re confident providing timely advice and information to operational teams on contractual matters and disputes.
