About the role
Our passionate, results focused IT team work collaboratively todeliver commercial and practical IT solutions to our internalclients. As the IT Service Desk Officer, youwill engage and collaborate with various internal and externalstakeholders (including service providers, vendors, and offshoreteam members) to deliver a successful and professional serviceoutcome.
Key Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our high-performing IT team at SWAustralia, the IT Service Desk Officer is responsible for thefollowing:
* Timely delivery of technical and application service andsupport resolution to staff, in line with the agreed servicelevel commitment.
* Liaise with software vendors to provide end user supportacross line of business applications
* Support and management of:
o Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD/IaaS
o Microsoft Windows Clients OS life-cyclemanagement
o Device life-cycle management/refresh
* Provide hardware and networking troubleshooting andsupport
Key Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification and/or certification in IT or arelated discipline, or previous experience in a similar ITservice desk position
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good communication, interpersonal and customer serviceskills with the capability to interact with a wide range ofstakeholders
* Strong analytical, problem solving and resolutionskills
* Experience with Microsoft Office products, Teams andAzure
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Sound trouble shooting skills
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workand meet deadlines
