Housekeeping Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our teams in multiple locations across Australia.
This is a crucial role that involves managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage housekeeping operations, including staff supervision and performance improvement.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
* Comply with hotel standards and regulations, including health and safety policies.
Requirements:
* Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
* At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work on a rotating roster when required.
* Full Australian working rights.
