This is a Melbourne based role, working in a hybrid way with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
We're Looking For a...
Senior Marketing Manager – Campaign who loves turning insight into action, and campaigns into measurable results. You will sit within the Development Marketing team and play a key role in driving lead conversion, sales, and brand reputation for our masterplanned communities and medium density projects.
What You'll Do
Lead the end to end implementation of national, state and local campaigns and the Always On program for the Development business, ensuring they are tailored for local markets and deliver strong commercial results.
Be accountable for campaign performance across two states within the MPC business, using data and insights to optimise spend, creative and channels.
Partner with Development Marketing, Group Marketing, Digital, Brand, Data & Insights, Sales & Service and external agencies to deliver integrated, customer centric marketing activity.
Analyse, interpret and report on campaign and Always On performance, including conversion metrics, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Contribute to local area marketing initiatives, leveraging national platforms while tailoring to local market dynamics, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
This is a permanent role with occasional travel across states a few times per year.
About You
You are a strategic yet hands on marketer who enjoys owning campaigns from brief through to optimisation and reporting. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, can balance creativity with performance, and enjoy using data to guide decisions and influence outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count
Proven success leading and delivering integrated, multi channel campaigns.
Strong capability in campaign performance, data analysis and insights to drive optimisation.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Experience in property, building or related industries is beneficial.
Confident in media and channel planning and working closely with agencies on creative and execution.
