We're seeking a friendly, capable, and resourceful Recruiter with proven end‐to‐end recruitment experience to join a busy and well‐established team. This role will see you managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a high‐volume setting, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders and delivering quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating clear, accurate, and engaging job advertisements
* Shortlisting applications and conducting phone screens
* Managing candidates through interview, offer, and onboarding
* Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process
About you:
* Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (end‐to‐end essential)
* Comfortable working in a high‐volume, fast‐moving environment
* Exposure to mining and/or manufacturing environments is highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‐focused approach
