We are currently seeking a Regional Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team in Mildura. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for the right candidate.
About the Role
This position involves assisting families in developing and implementing child-focused parenting and/or property agreements during separation. Our ideal candidate will have experience in family dispute resolution and be an accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.
* Tertiary qualifications in community welfare practice, such as social work or psychology, are essential.
* A current driver's license is also required, as travel may be necessary.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate your ability to provide high-quality and inclusive family dispute resolution services. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing family dispute resolution services to clients in Southern Mallee.
* Developing and implementing child-focused parenting and/or property agreements during separation.
* Completing assessments, providing information, referrals, and services to support families through separation.
