Job Description
Casual position (hours as required)
Based at our Head Office in Ringwood on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, with travel to Each locations
Each Enterprise Agreement – Trade or Service Level 1 + 12% super + generous salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550

From community health to mental health, disability support, counselling, housing, and more - your work helps ensure every space is ready for people to feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
Your role, your impact
You'll be the steady, practical presence that keeps our buildings functioning at their best.
Every repair you complete supports staff, clients, and visitors to feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings.
In this role, you will:
Deliver general repairs across Each facilities, including lighting replacement, minor plumbing, door hardware repairs, fixtures and fittings, plastering/painting, basic carpentry, and other ad-hoc building tasks.
Work safely and compliantly, following legislation, Each policies, procedures, and WHS requirements including risk assessments and hazard reporting.
Prioritise WHS-related repairs to minimise risk and disruption to service delivery.
Provide professional, high-quality workmanship with a proactive, solution-focused approach to customer service.
Travel between sites as required to meet maintenance needs.
This is a practical, hands-on role where your care for quality and safety makes a real difference every day.
Who we're looking for
You bring a calm, practical approach to your work and take pride in doing things well.
You will have:
Strong communication and an inclusive, customer-focused mindset
Competence using hand and power tools safely
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including maintenance systems
Effective time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of responsive and cyclical maintenance in commercial and/or residential settings
Understanding of WHS practices and compliance requirements
