Role Description

We are seeking a full‐time Senior Sales Executive for our on‐site location in Ringwood, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored kitchen equipment solutions. You will oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, collaborate with internal teams to manage orders, prepare sales proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to sales strategies, participate in industry networking events, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, client interaction, and building long‐term partnerships
  • Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Industry Trends, with the ability to recommend suitable solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Negotiation, Presentation, and Proposal Development expertise, ensuring professional communication and impactful pitches
  • Organizational and Time Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and optimizing sales processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
  • A background in sales or a related field, with prior experience in the commercial kitchen or hospitality industry being a strong advantage
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
