**EL1 - Assistant Director, Trove Partner Liaison**:
- Deliver high quality services to Trove Partners and end-users
- Manage a team to provide excellent customer services to support Trove
- Develop and deliver promotional activities to support Trove
The National Library of Australia is seeking fill the important role of **Assistant Director, Partner Liaison**.
This is a excellent opportunity to support the renowned Trove Database and continue to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
This is a key leadership role in the Trove Partnerships team where you will manage the National Library’s primary communication channels, creating awareness of our services and delivering high-quality services to both Partner and Trove end-users.
You will oversee the management and support of end-user and Partner enquiries, develop and deliver promotional activities.
These could include webinars and training materials through the Partner Learn
Hub.
You will regularly liaise internally to resolve issues and provide activities relating to Trove.
You will manage and coordinate Trove partnership activities for the Branch including:
- Developing and utilising the Trove Content Management System and other reporting and monitoring mechanisms to better understand the impact and reach of Trove.
- Analyse and report on Partnership trends.
You will lead your team to provide excellent customer service and deliver Branch and Library outcomes.
You will develop, coach, provide performance and change management guidance and identify development needs.
To be suitable for this role, you must have qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or Information Management.
Experience in high level customer relations and/or communication and marketing activities would be desirable.
