About Our Client
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you'll provide expert-level operational support and contribute to complex project delivery across a wide range of infrastructure and cloud technologies. You will work within established service management and project frameworks, ensuring high customer satisfaction, strong service availability, and timely delivery of technical initiatives. This role involves both independent technical ownership and close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.
Job Description
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design, build, and implement a customised Case Management System (CMS).
• Develop and maintain a dynamic and scalable solution incorporating a wide range of technologies, including Dynamics 365, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Ensure the CMS integrates seamlessly with other systems, meeting high-performance and security standards.
• Follow Agile best practices and contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, finding innovative solutions to deliver outstanding results for the customer.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Dynamics 365 Developer should have:
• Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Module) - Hands-on experience in customisation and implementation.
• JavaScript - Strong skills in front-end development for dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.
• Azure Cloud Services - Familiarity with Logic Apps, Blob Storage, and other Azure-based tools.
• REST APIs - Experience in creating and consuming APIs to support efficient system integrations.
