$***** per hour inclusive of casual loading
Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
Commencing End of November

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our client.
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts support processes and have a high level accuracy with data entry, reporting and spreadsheet creation.
The roles will be responsible but not limited to :
Accounts Receivables
Debtor reporting
Billing and invoicing processes
Data entry
Raising purchase orders
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily bank reconciliation
Customer Service
Credit control
General administration duties supporting the finance team
Required Skills
A cert 4 in Bookkeeping or account desirable but not essential
At least 2 years experience within an accounts support role
Positive and energetic attitude
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Efficient organisational skills
