About The Role
This full‐time Business Analyst role, based at our North Ryde Head Office, sits between the business and IT, focusing on improving operational processes and system use across the organisation. The role suits someone with experience in production planning, costing, scheduling, bills of material and production routing within manufacturing operations, who can analyse and map workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and stronger process compliance. A key focus is uplifting system capability and supporting teams to use systems and new tools more effectively across end‐to‐end business processes.
* Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improved workflows supported by detailed process documentation.
* Conduct root‐cause analysis to address performance issues and recommend practical, innovative solutions.
* Gather and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear and testable technical specifications.
* Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with organisational priorities throughout implementation.
* Collaborate with IT and project teams to support delivery, including reviewing test plans, performing regression testing, and conducting UAT.
* Assist with training, change management, and BAU adoption to ensure smooth rollout of new processes and solutions.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
What You Bring To The Role
* Proven experience analysing, mapping, and improving end‐to‐end workflows to drive operational efficiency, process compliance, and better system utilisation across the organisation.
* Background in production planning, costing, scheduling, bills of material and production routing within manufacturing operations.
* Strong learner who rapidly adopts new software platforms and AI‐enabled tools, with a solid understanding of how systems support integrated business processes.
* Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation, and change delivery skills, able to diagnose root causes and solve complex, cross‐functional business problems.
* Demonstrated capability in uplifting system competency and supporting BAU adoption through documentation, training, and change support.
* Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across both technical and non‐technical audiences.
