The Branch is responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, minor works upgrades, safety and risk management, utilities management, and contracts and leasing for the Canberra Health Services (CHS) property portfolio.The Senior Director will lead multiple teams to ensure projects are compliant with FM standards and specifications, maintaining productive relationships. The role also involves managing highly technical engineering services contracts, such as Electrical Main Switchboard (EMSB), Generator maintenance, Building Management System, and Resident Engineer consultancy agreements.
