We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales and lead a team of retail professionals in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
* Translating business strategy into store-level goals and action plans
* Monitoring performance and conducting regular reviews of financial and operational KPIs
* Managing wages, stock flow, store presentation, and operating costs
* Ensuring product mix meets customer needs and drives sales
* Upholding safety, compliance, and store standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail leadership or store management experience
* Logistics background with experience in scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries, stock management, cost control, and financial performance
* Strong customer focus, especially with building trades
* Proven experience working with suppliers
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and late nights
