About the role
Better Built Sheds is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant - Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Mackay, QLD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
* Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other customer-facing documents
* Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for the sales team
* Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Performing general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with the proven capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and data management
* Experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
* A team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
