This is a full-time permanent Inwards Goods / Purchasing role. This position plays a vital part in maintaining stock control, processing incoming goods, and supporting our purchasing and service teams. The role reports to the Service Manager.
This role would ideally suit someone who is highly computer literate, flexible in their day-to-day duties, and looking to build a long-term career with pathways intoSales or Service Coordination .
Day to day your responsibilities include:
* Raising and processing purchase orders for stock and workshop requirements
* Receipting and entering goods accurately into the system
* Receiving and allocating inwards goods
* Assisting with stock management and reviewing order points
* Communicating with suppliers to confirm order details or resolve delivery discrepancies
* Maintaining a clean and organised spare parts and inwards goods area
* Assisting with inventory control and supporting periodic stock takes
* Collaborating with service and parts departments to ensure seamless operations
About you
You are self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with systems, improving processes, and being part of a supportive team. You bring a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility to assist where needed.
Candidates with6–12 months of purchasing, inventory, or store control experience will be highly regarded.
Australian work rights are required for this position.

* Strong computer and data entry skills
* A forklift licence (LF)
* Some technical aptitude or interest in mechanical/engineering equipment
* A desire to grow into a Sales or Service Coordination role within the business
