Clear Health Psychology is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead our Currambine clinic and support the ongoing growth of one of WA's largest psychology practices.
Established in 2012, Clear Health Psychology has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological services across Western Australia. Our team of over 230 Clinical Psychologists and Psychologists across 18 practices are passionate about improving the lives of others and empowering people to better understand themselves and manage life's challenges.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Psychologist who enjoys leadership, mentoring clinicians, and building strong community relationships, while continuing to provide clinical care. In recognition of these additional responsibilities, the role includes a reduction in facilities fees and a profit share arrangement to financially recognise the clinical leadership of the practice.
About the Role
The Clinical Director plays a key leadership role within the clinic, supporting the clinical team while maintaining their own caseload.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing day-to-day clinical support to psychologists
* Facilitating fortnightly peer supervision for the team
* Maintaining a clinical caseload
* Supporting practice growth and new initiatives
* Building strong relationships with local GPs and referrers
* Supporting psychologists to run their business inside ours with exceptional clinical care
* Participating in Clinical Director meetings
* Supporting oversight of site performance and budget
* Promoting a nurturing and supportive culture.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a registered psychologist with AHPRA
* Has strong clinical experience
* Enjoys mentoring and supporting other clinicians
* Has strong leadership and communication skills
* Is proactive in building community and referral relationships
