KMG Pty Ltd is a leading provider of labour hire and construction support services across WA. We are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to oversee projects across commercial and civil sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate demolition activities across multiple sites
* Manage teams of labourers and plant operators
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers
* Assist with scheduling, site setup, and equipment management
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a demolition supervisor or foreman
* Current White Card
* High-risk licence (Preferred: Asbestos Ticket, Excavator, Skid Steer, etc.)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret site plans
* Valid driver's licence and own transport
