Our client, a high‐end Construction and Design business based in Terry Hills on Sydney's North Shore, is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to support their finance team on a temporary basis.
Dates: Monday 30th March – Tuesday 21st April (inclusive)
Key Responsibilities
* Processing accounts payable invoices
* Ensuring invoices are processed in time for month‐end statements
* Maintaining accurate supplier and customer records
* Reconciling credit cards and intercompany accounts
* Raising purchase orders where required
* Processing staff expenses
Requirements
* Previous Accounts Payable experience
* Construction industry experience highly desirable
* Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
