About the Role:
* Picking, sorting, baiting, and organizing deck duties
* Assisting with shooting, gear repair, and general-purpose hand tasks
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Living in Australia with easy access to Southport, Gold Coast
* Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
* Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous deckhand or fishing experience
* Ability to work long hours including early starts
