Overview Grade 1 or 2 Radiation Therapist - Icon Cancer Centre Epworth Hospital Group, Richmond VICGrade 1 or 2 Radiation TherapistPermanent Full-Time(9-Day Fortnight)Competitive REMWork across Epworth Hospital Group Icon Cancer Centres, Melbourne VIC About the Role We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team at our Cancer Centres within the Epworth Hospital Group including Richmond and Freemasons Private Hospital.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide quality radiation treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist.
This role reports to the Radiation Therapy Manager.
Reporting to the site RT Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery services that comply with all relevant safety and quality standardsMaintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experienceLiaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely mannerExhibit a strong patient focus and treating all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equalitySupport a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient-centric and collaborative approach About You Our dynamic and innovative teams collaborate closely to maintain a team focus on providing cutting edge radiation therapy techniques.
