Assistant Property Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained property portfolio under the guidance of our Managing Director and other team members.
Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and respond to inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders
* Manage rent payments and arrears in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain accurate records of tenant information and company documents
* Coordinate cleaning and key handling services as needed
* Send notifications to tenants regarding important matters such as lease renewals and maintenance issues
* Prepare and review lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Resolve any issues reported by tenants in a professional and courteous manner
* Liaise with various parties including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
* Perform other general tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the property portfolio
Requirements:
* Able to work full-time hours with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to tenants
* Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

* Consistent and highly reliable in all aspects of work
