Technical Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled technician with strong technical expertise, interpersonal abilities, and communication skills to support on-site and remote operations in Residential Aged Care facilities.
* Provide technical assistance remotely and on-site.
* Configure, build, and deploy new hardware and UI applications.
* Travel to sites for deployment, testing, and implementation.
* Deliver informal training to end-users on new technologies replacing end-of-life equipment.
* Respond to incidents and requests using the CHL IT Service Management system.
* Follow up on post-implementation support and other technology tasks.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Residential Managers, Front-line staff, and maintenance teams.
