Confidence and leadership that is inspiring in teams. Proven experience in production operations. Experience and the ability to run Cafés/Kiosks/Food Outlets. The ability to organise and balance multiple demands. Cooks: Career orientated Cook with a proven knowledge of kitchen operations seeking to learn Confidence and a proactive team member. The ability to organise and balance multiple demands. Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
