Job Description
* We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who has at least 1 year experience working within aged care facilities.
* The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge of clinical standards and resident-centred approaches.
* Experience with medication management, wound management including Palliative Care is highly regarded. AHPRA registration as well as full Australian work rights also required
