About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping Centurion's day-to-day marketing activity running smoothly across our Australia-wide network of more than 30 depots. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Brand Coordinator, and Employee Engagement & Communities Lead, this role supports content creation, campaign delivery, internal & external communications, and operational marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on, highly organised role for someone who enjoys being across both the detail and the bigger picture. You'll balance translating business strategy into clear, practical marketing activity while also keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
You'll be trusted to manage social media content, support campaigns, coordinate assets, maintain trackers, assist with emails and invoicing, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. No two days are the same, and no task is too big or too small.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and follows things through. You'll be comfortable working in a blue-collar, operational environment and genuinely curious about how our business works – from trucks and depot operations to the unique needs of the different regions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage social media and digital content
* Support marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery
* Maintain project trackers, task lists, and timelines
* Assist with emails, invoicing, and general marketing administration
* Coordinate marketing assets, collateral, and supplier requests
* Support depot events, community initiatives, and internal campaigns
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure marketing is practical and relevant
* Translate business strategy into clear, actionable marketing activity
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
* Strong social media content experience and digital confidence
* Highly organised with excellent admin and time management skills
* Strong written and visual communication ability
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Comfortable working in a blue-collar, operational environment
* Proactive, resilient, and willing to learn across all areas of the business
* Confident using Microsoft Suite and task/project tracking tools
* Basic design or creative tools experience is a plus
