**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Manager this role will utilise your strong Talent & Recruitment experience whilst exposing you to a range of HR duties. You will be accountable for;
- Partnering with a range of stakeholders to support and deliver the people and culture plan
- Acquisition of the best talent, managing end-to-end recruitment activity with hiring managers and agency partners
- HR generalist operational support and administration across a variety of HR disciplines including on-boarding, off-boarding, inductions and supporting the full employee lifecycle experience
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, educating the organisation on HR practices and providing fit for purpose advice and guidance
- Participation in HR projects and initiatives across the business to ensure that best practice can be achieved
**The Requirements**
To be successful in the role, you will have;
- A tertiary or formal HR qualification with experience within a high volume or fast paced recruitment team
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR fundamentals, policies, systems and processes
- A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Great communication with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems
