Business Partner Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic business partnership & coaching to leaders to drive business results;
* Support hiring managers by overseeing the recruitment process;
* Manage and resolve employee relations matters;
* Provide support and leadership to a HR Officer;
* Manage the performance and remuneration cyclical activities for your business units;
* Support your business units in driving engagement activities;
* Ongoing Talent & Succession activities to support internal growth and mobility;
* Work alongside the HR Manager in the development of strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, combined with demonstrable solid experience working as a HR Business Partner;
* Experience coaching and supporting senior executives to drive business results;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
