SSA Group is partnered with a leading Engineering Consultancy that is seeking to take on a land surveyor in Melbourne.
Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of future projects, our client is looking to expand their surveying team in Melbourne.
This role is perfect for a surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
Topographic, contour, and detail surveying; Cadastral surveying across a range of rural, urban, and greenfield locations
Survey plans for building residential structures
Establishing networks for GPS
Data reduction and drafting with AutoCAD and Trimble Business Centre
Gaining knowledge about and applying new ideas for the goal of career progress
Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in person with their needs
Requirements
Certificate or University degree in Surveying
Prior experience with setting up, implementing, and featuring surveys
A basic to advanced understanding of using Trimble GPS and Total stations
Proficiency with software, encompassing Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD
Comprehension of construction procedures and architectural designs
Valid driver\'s licence for VIC
Full working rights in Australia
