We are looking for experienced Recruitment professionals who will be responsible for providing and driving contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment solutions to our hiring managers and candidates, supporting them throughout and beyond the recruitment end-to-end process.
The Business Partner role is pivotal in our team; you will help shape the success of a large and complex portfolio, ensuring recruitment processes are seamless, efficient and stakeholder centric.

Responsibilities Provide and drive contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment solutions to hiring managers and candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
Shape the success of a large and complex portfolio by ensuring recruitment processes are seamless, efficient and stakeholder centric.
Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience Experienced Recruitment professional with strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities.
High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and engage with multiple locations.
Understanding of NSW Health Awards, Agreements and Policies is advantageous.
